Position Overview:

Your initial mission as a Bridge Engineer / Project Manager is to understand the company's service and development process, collaborate with product managers and engineers in Japan, and direct local engineers' development and project management (acting as a Scrum Master in case of a Scrum team). Since it is our own product, it is not just about developing the requirements from Japan but developing it with discretion from the requirement and needs level.
The initial development project will be decided considering the roadmap status and engineer recruitment status. Here are some examples:

Development of functions for existing Peraichi services
•
Modernization, migrating from legacy architecture to microservices
•
New feature development

Understand Peraichi services and development plans as a BrSE/PM
•
Direct local engineers' development, project management, and Scrum management
•
Support the recruitment of local engineers and members in cooperation with local Japanese and Vietnamese branch managers
•
Coordinate various development processes in cooperation with local Japanese and Vietnamese branch managers
•
Set and implement engineer target setting and evaluation support in cooperation with local Japanese and Vietnamese branch managers
Qualifications
•
Business-level Japanese language skills (N1/N2)
•
Over 3 years of experience as a BA/BrSE/PM
•
Ability to define requirements and write specification documents
•
Practical coding experience
Nice to Have
•
Experience in hiring, guiding, and evaluating subordinates as a manager
•
Experience in developing services such as SaaS, no-code, CMS, EC, etc.
•
Experience with Scrum development
•
Strong interest in building development teams from scratch and organizational expansion
•
Strong interest in startup companies
