Primary Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate closely with various stakeholders across the company to gather and refine requirements.
  • Define product features and enhancements that address business objectives and user challenges. Coordinate with outsourced teams to ensure successful feature delivery.
  • Supervise outsourced teams, including business analysts, developers, and quality control, to ensure functional correctness of deliverables.
  • Maintain a comprehensive backlog of epics, features, and user stories with detailed acceptance criteria, translating business requirements into actionable development specifications.
  • Support the engineering team throughout the delivery process to clarify ambiguities and resolve complexities.
  • Create wireframes to illustrate high-level interactions, user journeys, and information architecture following UI/UX guidelines.
  • Develop flow diagrams to identify process issues, bottlenecks, and facilitate team understanding.
  • Generate user stories for the internal development team.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
  • Strong logical and systematic thinking skills.
  • Proficiency in analyzing business processes and creating business process flow diagrams.
  • Experience with functional requirements models such as use cases and wireframes.
  • Familiarity with tools like Azure DevOps, Draw.io, etc.
  • Commitment to continuous improvement and detail-oriented work.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Vietnamese (written and verbal).

Experience:

  • 3 to 7 years of experience in similar roles like business analyst or product owner.
  • Experience in Agile development and Scrum methodology.
  • Proficiency in creating epics, features, and user stories.
  • Ability to work effectively with end users unfamiliar with technology and developers familiar with business terminology.

Advantages (optional):

  • Qualifications or experience in the financial sector, particularly Asset Management.
