I. Job Responsibilities

• Ability to grasp big picture and be able to engage with the people who function at strategic level – including but not limited to stakeholders, decision makers, strategy experts as well as finance.

• Ability to interact with the project managers and program managers who operate at the tactical level

• Process minded individual with the ability create, improve and operate a systematic process which empowers people to do things the right way.

• Data savvy individual with the ability to read, understand all the portfolio data to examine through for insights that need to be communicated for attention and decision from decision makers.

• Being financially fluent ability to understand and classifies operating expenditures and capital expenditures as well as the overall annual budget cycles

• Hands-on project manager who is equipped with skills to engage at a project level to understand the progress and status of a project and perceived the impact to the overall portfolio.

• Strong customer servicing mentality to accommodate the user enquires and guiding the users to navigate the process.
