JOB RESPONSIBILITY:
• Responsible for month end closing for company operations, consolidate company operations monthly financial performance reporting for the different operations (PRO report). Explain major variance comparing actual with Plan and Estimates
• Support the monthly financial performance outlook expenses for the rest of the year
• Support in the planning cycle (budgeting, march and august estimates) submission by working with the stakeholders to collect the relevant supporting data and review the justification for spend
• Collaborate and partner with BSO team on month end and year end closing in accordance to Vietnam accounting standards and International accounting standards
• Support and prepare the Capex forecast for Tax and Treasury team
• Support in data collection and prepare responses for any Internal Audit or External audit queries
• Support in the preparation of the monthly CAR report for the Construction Project. Ensure that spend in within the business case, highlight if there are any major variances or ad hoc spend that is not in the budget
• Review the monthly open purchase orders in SAP and ensure timely good receipts are completed base on shipping terms. Highlight any major variances or movements
• Prepare monthly performance report by cost centers in company operations. Explain major variances and highlight potential savings or overspend if any
• Participate in ad hoc project work and be the coordinator of meeting invites, preparation of meeting agenda and presentation slide

REQUIREMENT
• Minimum bachelor’s degree in business, economics, finance, accounting with excellent results
• Minimum 3-5 years of finance or accounting experience where minimum 2 years as a business partner
• CPA or CIMA certification will be favorable
• Strong analytical skills that allow you to extract logic, insights, and meaningful conclusions from complex business problems
• Proficient in Excel and knowledge of Power BI
• SAP/Business Warehouse knowledge
• Work experience within international and/or manufacturing company
• Knowledge of construction projects or project controlling
