Key Responsibilities:
• Apply in-depth market research to evaluate investment opportunities and assess underwriting assumptions of FS model
• Carry out background research and perform preliminary due diligence on selected investment opportunities
• Prepare investment appraisal documents for internal review and approval process
• Manage third-party consultants (if any) to ensure project timeline and deliverables are met; be the first contact point with counterparties to identify and analyze issues
• Coordinate with finance team to monitor and update budget of on-going investments
• Prepare project monthly updates, investment paper and supporting document for internal approval
• Ad-hoc research and analysis relating to market or company drivers such as macroeconomics, geopolitics and regulation
• Proactive networking to build working relationships and acquire market insights from stakeholders in Real Estate sector

Qualifications:
• 3-5 years experience in Investments and Real Estate, or other equivalent Business Development roles in Vietnam.
• Masters or Bachelor’s degree from top tier University
• Proficient in financial modelling and managing deal processes
• Comfortable with autonomy, willing to challenge the norm and have an enthusiastic ‘startup’ mentality
• Able to work across multiple job functions and eager to grow the business in Vietnam
• Values integrity, discretion and curiosity
• Fluent in Vietnamese and English
