* JOB PURPOSE: As a Team Leader, your main responsibility is to handle the operating tasks at the assigned projects of Enterprise, S&O North Vietnam team, bringing the excellent services to our value clients and associates. You will work closely with Operation Manager, S&O Operations of Enterprise team.
*RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. People management
Guide and supervise the team members to process timesheet, payroll, insurance.
Train assignees in team to carry out payroll process.
Coordinate team members to support projects in time.
Assist manager to build and supervise team, work with clients
2. HR Tasks
Collect overtime, expenses claim, payment data, monthly list of in-out employees, all kinds of leaves of client’s
employee.
Process monthly payroll included payroll reports to Clients and others as assigned.
Cooperate with team to process insurance reports and issues: monthly declaration, obtain new MI card, social
books closure, claim.
PIT: register new PIT code and dependent, monthly report to authority, finalize at year end.
Manage & improve payroll and outsourcing process.
Frequently update, consult to clients, team members about changes of labor law and related practice impact to our services
Update legal and consult solutions to clients.
3. Accounting & Financial Management
Take full responsibility on follow up AR, collect debt/ bad debt.
Supervise process/ control monthly billing to clients and payment from clients.
Working with operation manager and giving instructions to team members when dealing with clients on service
charge and other additional fees.
Manage P&L report of project and do the reconciliation with finance team if assigned.
4. Others
Monthly reports to internal, clients and authority
Play the role of 1st escalate level to solve issues at client site or solve service issues, action as back up for team member's account as needed.
Manage processing monthly billing to charge clients and the transfer from clients.
Communicate with existing clients and authority on requirement.
Other tasks as assigned by Operation Manager.
*REQUIREMENTS:
Candidate must have bachelor’s degree in HR or related fields.
05 years of professional experience in C&B with at least 02 years at supervision level
Good experience in Outsourcing Service and payroll is a plus.
Good understanding of local labor law and regulations.
Must possess effective communication skill (written and verbal)
Good at English
Can do attitude.
