Position Summary

- The Campaign Manager will be responsible for all aspects of campaign design and execution management to company’s strategic markets in Vietnam. The role is to effectively design the campaigns (i.e. series of tactics) working with cross functional team to reach and exceed the campaign objectives, whether they are creating awareness or nurturing the customer on the customer value proposition, or demand generation.

- The main objective is to maximize our visibility in targeted markets and increase the business revenues. Through increased marketing activities we will maximize the penetration into our existing customer base, as well as new name targeted customers.  Developing professional and trusting relationships with our customers is tantamount to our growth and success

Duties and Responsibilities

- Work with the management team to develop marketing plan that includes brand and tactical campaigns (initiate locally, or adapted from global campaigns) with creativity to maximize impact and return in awareness creation, leads generation and pipeline acceleration.
- Ensure that all Marketing & Communication campaigns, account based Marketing programs are targeted fully executed with measurable KPIs (this includes qualified leads, develop customer success stories, and ROI analysis).
- Ensure all budgeting and expenses are in line with the Marketing budget plan and adhering to a proper approval process.
- Content development: Localize and adapt global campaigns to ensure effectiveness in the region
- Support the launch of new product (s)
- Event management: Plan and execute events such as executive breakfasts, lunch-n-learns, road shows, conferences and user groups etc. Including Chinese, Korean, and Japanese customer events.
- Key opinion leader engagement: Meet and develop intimacy with renowned and prominent industry associations, media, and other influencers.
- Identify key events, forums sponsorship that could build thought leadership
- Education program: develop, implement and monitor educational program with a few selective educational partners.
- Track and analyze campaign results for continuous improvement, and ensure all results are captured into Salesforce.com and well followed by sales team.
- Other tasks include marketing reports, expense report, and other task assigned by line manager.

Position Qualifications
- Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications preferred – MBA a plus
- At least 5 years’ experience in marketing with successful achievements
- Experience in a B-to-B, high technology environment (software, consulting, business solutions…)
- Excellent presentation skills & good command of basic computer skills (Windows, Microsoft Office)
- Have good working knowledge of Marketo and Salesforce
- Fluency in English is mandatory (written and spoken)
- Some travel required
