Job Description:
Recruitment (80%)
Support recruitment for important position (share JD, collect CV, summarize the information etc.)
Direct sourcing candidate via online platform. Prepare recruitment report
Develop recruitment method. Suggest new idea for improvement
Engage in recruitment activities internally/externally
Admin task (20%)
Support some other admin tasks assigned by team leader and upper level.
Actively support collecting information/documents requested by leader/senior
Working location: PVI Tower, Pham Van Bach Street, Cau Giay District, Ha Noi
Requirement:
At least 1 year professional experience in HR
Good English Communication. Good Korean is an advantage
Multitasking, communication, team work, time management skills
Microsoft computer skills (Excel, Word, Power Points)
Proactive attitude, willing to experience new tasks
