We are looking for a visionary and results-driven COO to provide leadership for company's activities in industrial real estate business.

The successful candidate for this role should have proven track records as COO/ Operations Director and possess strong leadership qualities, overall operations, superior knowledge of business functions, excellent people skills, exceptional budgeting and finance skills.

You're responsible for the company’s business operations, commercial performance; support people development; enhance operational efficiency; maintain relationships with clients and partners; promote company's image, and meet overall market growth objectives.

Key responsibilities:

You will provide leadership and strategic vision to the company.

• Set up full industrial real estate business from A to Z (feasibility study, investment, construction and design, business development/leasing, asset management, etc.)
• In charge of the organization P&L responsibility
• Manage the overall day-to-day operations 
• Foster company culture and values, and motivate the team members
• Develop talents and find new ones to build a strong team to support growth
• Expand company network, exposure and influences in Vietnam market.

The candidate we are looking for:

• Vietnamese nationality. Strategic mindset. Entrepreneurial with strong business sense.
• 15+ years of senior management experience. At least 3+ years in Executive roles such as General Manager/Managing Director/CEO/COO in industrial real estate industry
• Proven track record of outstanding performance in previous companies.
• Strong people skill and strong ability to lead, manage and bring the team together.
