Responsibilities:
  • Take charge of developing and implementing a content strategy tailored to the local market, ensuring it aligns with the global brand vision while connecting deeply with regional cultural values and beauty trends.
  • Oversee the quality and impact of content across consumer and shopper touchpoints, ensuring it meets the brand's standards of excellence.
  • Serve as the brand's local market expert, with in-depth knowledge of the market's culture, communities, and social media platforms, particularly in relation to beauty trends.
  • Manage the entire content creation lifecycle, from ideation and planning to execution and optimization, ensuring all content adheres to brand guidelines, BET strategy, and assets, and resonates with the target audience.
  • Maintain strong relationships with key agency partners, providing clear and insightful briefs that inform the Content Supply Chain (powered by AI) and local creator network.
  • Ensure digital content is culturally relevant, engaging, and authentic.
  • Regularly analyze content performance data, draw actionable insights, and adjust the content strategy to enhance engagement, reach, and overall return on investment (ROI).
Requirements:
  • Content Creation Leadership: Demonstrated experience in leading creative teams or projects, preferably within the beauty industry or related fields like fashion and lifestyle.
  • Social Media Content Creation: Desired experience as a social media content creator with a deep understanding of local culture, platform specifics, and current trends.
  • Beauty Product Expertise: In-depth knowledge of beauty products, trends, ingredients, and industry terminology across makeup, skincare, haircare, and related areas.
  • Strategic & Creative Skills: A strong portfolio showcasing the development and execution of content strategies, alongside a proven track record of creating engaging and brand-consistent content.
  • Tech-Savvy Approach: Experience in exploring and implementing new content creation technologies, with an openness to experimenting with AI tools.
  • Agency Management: Success in briefing, managing, and collaborating with external agencies to ensure high-quality deliverables that align with brand consistency.
  • Data-Driven Mindset: Comfort with using analytics to track content performance, derive actionable insights, and adjust strategies to optimize engagement and overall performance.
  • Gen AI Application (Preferred): Hands-on experience with generative AI tools in content creation.
