I. Job Responsibilities:
Implement and ensure technical requirements are effectively and efficiently implemented in the technical work products
Improve existing application systems by analyzing and identifying areas for modification
Write the technical specifications for the assigned works
Write and test code and then refine and rewrite as necessary
Continually update technical knowledge and skills by attending in-house and/or external courses
To coordinate with Business Analysists and users to process system design and coding with the most quality and effective method
Accountable for delivery BSR on schedule and budget
II. Job Requirements:
Experience in life insurance industry/LifeAsia/Cobol/BO are preferable
Ability to work to deadlines and under pressure
Ability to manage teams on a day-to-day basic
