Position Overview:
As a Corporate Banking Relationship Manager, you will play a crucial role in establishing and maintaining strong relationships with corporate clients, understanding their financial needs, and providing tailored banking solutions. Your expertise will contribute to our mission of becoming the preferred banking partner for corporations in Vietnam.
Key Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong relationships with corporate clients, understanding their financial objectives and delivering exceptional service.

Financial Solutions: Offer customized financial solutions, including credit facilities, treasury services, cash management, and trade finance, to meet the diverse needs of corporate clients.

Business Development: Identify and target potential corporate clients for new business opportunities and actively grow the bank's corporate banking portfolio.

Credit Analysis: Conduct thorough credit analysis, risk assessment, and due diligence to ensure the bank's lending portfolio remains healthy.

Compliance: Ensure all client transactions and agreements adhere to regulatory and bank policies.

Market Insight: Stay informed about market trends, economic conditions, and industry developments to advise clients on relevant financial strategies.

Cross-Selling: Collaborate with other departments within the bank, such as investment banking and wealth management, to identify opportunities for cross-selling financial products and services.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field. An MBA is a plus.
- Proven experience in corporate banking or related roles, with a deep understanding of the Vietnamese corporate sector.
- Strong financial analysis and credit assessment skills.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to effectively manage client relationships.
- Results-driven, self-motivated, and a team player.
- Familiarity with relevant banking regulations and compliance requirements.
- Fluent in Vietnamese and proficient in English.
