CUSTOMER DEVELOPMENT MANAGER
Responsibilities:
• Establishing the potential Prospect Pipeline, Developing Customer and Sustaining good Customer relationships
• Developing new marketing channels, implementing Market Planning, and maintaining good relationships with all Marketing Networks
• Monitoring market information, able to analyze the market, competitor, targeted entity, and industry information and capturing the business opportunities with target customer.
• Promoting the company product and profile, support company in Sales record and business expansion
Requirements:
• 5 years working experiences in Industrial Real Estate related fields
• Bachelor or master’s degree in related fields of Business Administration, Marketing and Sales, Logistics, or Industry related fields
• Good team development, good leadership, and high digital literacy skills
• Current knowledge of Industry Trends, Foreign Investment Regulations
• Excellent in English business communication and presentation Skills, Proficiency in Korean/ Chinese language
• Able to travel
