We are seeking an experienced Delivery Manager to drive excellence in large-scale technology and risk program delivery, leading a team of 20+ Release Train Engineers (RTEs) and Delivery Leads. This role requires a unique blend of people leadership, agile expertise, and strategic program execution to deliver transformative business outcomes.
The successful candidate will balance team development (60%) - coaching talent and fostering high-performance delivery practices—with hands-on program leadership (40%), providing expert guidance on complex, high-impact initiatives.

Mentor and develop RTEs and Delivery Leads, fostering career growth and agile delivery expertise.

Lead a Delivery Community of Practice to define best practices, share knowledge, and drive continuous improvement.

Own talent strategy, including recruitment, onboarding, and workforce planning to meet program demands.

Provide cross-functional leadership support, stepping in for peer leaders when required.
Strategic Delivery Leadership (40%)

Skills & Experience
Essential Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology delivery, including 5+ years leading senior delivery professionals (RTEs, Agile Coaches, or Delivery Leads).
- Proven experience in regulated industries (financial services preferred), with knowledge of risk/compliance environments.
- Expertise in scaled agile frameworks (SAFe, LeSS, or Spotify) and Human-Centered Design (HCD) principles.
- Track record of delivering large-scale transformations spanning people, process, and technology.
- Exceptional stakeholder management, with experience influencing executives and cross-functional teams.
