- Our client — a leading company in e-commerce — is seeking a Department Support Specialist (Material Management). This role offers an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic team, focusing on material planning, and ensuring efficient coordination between departments to optimize production processes.
- Human Resources Coordination: Independently handle HR-related tasks within the department, including organizational structure arrangement, onboarding, transfers, exits procedures, employee scheduling, attendance, performance data output, and maintenance.
- Administrative Coordination: Independently manage administrative-related tasks within the department, including logistics support such as shuttle services, canteen, dormitory, employee welfare distribution, and collection of various administrative information.
- Materials Management: Independently manage departmental material procurement, maintenance, and scrapping summaries, update asset ledgers, and be responsible for asset management ensuring that records match actual assets.
- Business Support: Identify issues in daily operations and conduct simple analysis from data, systems, and processes. Initiate requests for data system support and cooperate with relevant parties to implement optimization solutions.
- Document Management: Responsible for managing departmental archives, drafting documents, and handling the receipt and dispatch of files.
- Employee Care: Independently coordinate and organize employee care activities within the department.
- Education: Associate degree or above.
- Work Experience: Over 1 year of management experience in supply chain, warehousing logistics, order tracking, accounting, administration, planning, etc.
- Knowledge and Skills: Proficient in using office software such as Excel and Word, and familiarity with typical daily management processes in factories.
- Qualities and Abilities: Ability to independently liaise with business departments to complete various tasks; meticulous and cautious work style, sensitivity to numbers to avoid common data errors; strong sense of responsibility and good communication skills.
