Our client is one of the largest manufactures of interconnect products in the world. The company designs manufactures and markets electrical, electronic and fiber optic connectors, coaxial and flat- ribbon cable, and interconnect systems.

SCOPE OF WORK

• Assess the quality risks of NPI products, complete PPAP, give control quality methods, make quality standard.

• Analyze customer complaint, quality issues on production floor, includes NPI sample and mass production

• Manage Quality team, lead continuous improvement of products

• Control raw material and local supplier, work with SQE and supplier to solve the related raw material issue

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor degree, major in electronics or related fields

• At least 2 years of management experience at the Deputy Quality Supervisor or equivalent.

• Can use QC tools, 8D/5C, SPC, FMEA, and familiar with ISO9001 systems; experience of PPAP and customer audit

• Office software, good communication, teamwork, problem solving

• Good English OR Chinese communication
