As an experienced DevOps Engineer, you will work as part of a globally distributed team of four members. Strong communication skills are essential to collaborate effectively within the team and with external stakeholders such as platform and development teams. You will also take part in collaborative activities like pair programming.

• You will manage the full application lifecycle, including configuration, build, release, and deployment processes, following DevOps and Kanban methodologies. You will contribute to backlog tasks and help implement cloud infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (IaC).

• Your role includes configuring and deploying applications across cloud and on-prem environments using tools like Docker and Kubernetes. You will also create and maintain automation scripts to streamline processes and reduce manual work. Clean, maintainable, and efficient code aligned with best practices is expected.

• You will share your technical knowledge through documentation, mentoring, and team workshops to support continuous improvement. As part of the Level 3 Support Team, you will handle production issues and provide occasional support during critical situations. Staying current with DevOps trends and tools is encouraged.

• You are expected to provide regular progress updates to your manager, quickly learn the systems in use, and deepen your understanding over time—focusing on key areas for your responsibilities.

• Strong interpersonal skills are important to maintain effective communication and collaboration across both technical and non-technical teams.
