Job requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, human services or similar field.
• Previous experience working as a Telemarketing and/or ECommerce manager.
• Strong managerial and sales skills.
• Ability to multitasks.

Responsibilities
• Telemarketing
o Meeting with Telemarketing Section Chief to set up strategies.
o Implementing sales strategies.
o Managing the telesales team and assisting junior staff.
o Monitoring the performance of Telemarketing Section.
o Setting weekly and monthly sales targets.
o Maintaining customer relationships. o Handling escalated customer complaints. o Measure and report on the performance of Telemarketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
• Digital Marketing
o Meeting with Digital Marketing Section Chief to set up strategies.
o Implementing sales strategies.
o Design and supervise all aspects of the digital marketing Section including marketing database, email, and display advertising campaigns
o Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including creative, content, and web development, to produce engaging content and optimize user experience
o Maintaining our social media presence across all digital channels
o Measuring and reporting on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns o Measure and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
