Responsibilities:
Site Management & Optimization

Oversee the content, functionality, and overall performance of the e-commerce site.

Ensure product detail pages (PDPs) are optimized for searchability and shop ability, including using the right keywords, high-quality images, and accurate descriptions.

Maintain a seamless customer experience by ensuring all content is accurate, up-to-date, and visually appealing.
Sales & Inventory Monitoring -
Track daily sales performance and inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to reallocate or adjust inventory across channels based on sales trends and demand.
Reporting & Insights -
Provide top-level reporting and analysis to management, highlighting key metrics, trends, and actionable insights.

Monitor competitive activity and market trends to identify opportunities for growth.
Market Research & Strategy -
Conduct market research to identify "white space" opportunities and propose strategies to capture additional business.

Partner with cross-functional teams to develop recommendations for management on volume-driving initiatives.
Cross-Functional Collaboration -
Work closely with the marketing, inventory, and logistics teams to align on merchandising strategies.
Support the planning and execution of promotional activities to maximize sales and customer engagement.
Qualifications:

Min 3 years of experience in digital merchandising, preferably with Walmart, Amazon, or Target e-commerce platforms.

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable insights.

Proficiency in e-commerce tools, content management systems, and reporting platforms.
