Key Responsibilities

Product Vision & Strategy
- Define and communicate a clear vision, strategic goals, and roadmap for the product with a strong emphasis on delivering exceptional user experiences.
- Own and manage the product backlog, ensuring feature prioritization aligns with business objectives and user needs.

User Experience & Design
- Design individual UI components (e.g., buttons, icons, typography) that align with established design guidelines and branding standards.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and user interfaces that are intuitive, modern, and user-friendly.
- Perform user research to gather insights into user behaviors, preferences, and pain points, translating them into actionable design improvements.

Team Collaboration & Leadership
- Partner closely with design, engineering, and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of high-quality products on schedule.
- Lead, inspire, and align team members around shared objectives and outcomes.

Quality Assurance
- Conduct rigorous quality checks to ensure all products meet performance and usability standards before release.

Data-Driven Optimization
- Leverage data analytics tools to evaluate product performance and use insights to drive continuous improvements.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Design, or a related discipline.
- Experience: At least 5 years of experience as a Product Owner or similar role in digital banking/financial services application, particularly in projects involving UI/UX design.
Core Skills:
- Advanced understanding of UI/UX principles and expertise in design tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
- Proficient in prototyping tools and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Hotjar).
- Strong analytical skills for data-driven decision-making.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to thrive in Agile and Scrum workflows and collaborate within multidisciplinary teams.
Preferred:
- Hands-on experience building and managing product backlogs.
- Familiarity with financial or commercial product development.
- Knowledge of project management platforms (e.g., Jira, Trello).
- Expertise in branding, design systems, and visual language.
