Job Purpose: Responsible for supporting the Training and Development Division in building and developing training content to deliver the goal.

Job Responsibilities:

Formulate direction and execution plans aim at building capability for ATD and Agency Trainers.
  • Identify competency framework for trainers (including AT, ATM), develop learning road map & learning journey.
  • Conduct/ organize training & coaching to uplift trainers’ competencies
  • Conduct TTT & Certify for trainer & AD
  • Propose trainers recognition/ retention programs to retain and build high performed staff
  • Develop training courses, activities and workshop to enhance ATD and Trainers’ competencies
  • Conduct knowledge and selling skills training such as: knowledge of Life insurance, basic knowledge of insurance, general knowledge of law of insurance, sales cycles and selling skills
  • Conduct and follow up the first 6 months development of Trainers and ATD
  • Prepare knowledge test (K-test) and quarterly K-test for trainers
  • Review and validate ATD and Trainers quarterly, and report/ communicate to the relevant parties.
  • Working with Training Territory Head to come out with action plans to develop talent as well as to improve trainers’ competencies.

Team & Relationship management
  • Build & development team, and prepare successors as well.
  • Build & maintain internal & external relationships effectively
  • Ensure effective communication among parties
  • Participate in annual improvement projects of Agency Development to drive business goals of department & company.

Job Accountability:
  • Initiate ideas and provide execution directions in formulating and building initiatives and any assigned projects that support the business objectives, focusing on development of ATD and Trainers.
  • Coach and mentor team members to develop their fullest potential and core values that align with PVA culture

Job Requirements:

Qualifications
  • University graduation with major Human Resources Management/ Business Administration/ Pedagogy/ Finance- Banking. Master graduation is an advantage
  • Knowledgeable about insurance HR Technical domain (OD- building competency framework, developing IDP…)
  • Program proficiency: Master all the programs certified
  • Proficient in English
