Job Description

Lead, organize, and supervise all activities of the Construction / Interior Fit-out Division, including strategic planning, execution, leadership, quality control, and continuous improvement of processes, systems, and resources;

Act as a key leadership figure in the company’s business expansion strategy, contributing to planning, resource allocation, and operational scalability across multiple construction / interior fit-out projects;

Develop and manage budgets (cost planning, project cash flows) for all company projects; ensure optimal allocation and use of manpower, materials, and equipment;

Directly oversee and coordinate all interior construction and fit-out projects across the company portfolio;

Provide guidance and work closely with Project Directors/Managers in building risk management plans; identify, assess, and proactively mitigate on-site risks;

Approve expenditure limits and monitor all spending activities within the Division;

Serve as the main liaison with internal and external stakeholders to resolve major issues beyond the scope of Project Managers;

Monitor, evaluate, and report project progress on a regular basis using reports from project teams and site assessments;

Lead initiatives to address project delays or quality concerns and recommend effective corrective actions;

Collaborate with other departments to evaluate project performance and return on investment upon completion;

Advise the Executive Board on specialized matters related to fit-out construction and design implementation.
Requirements

Bachelor's degree or higher in Construction, Architecture, Interior Design, or Construction Economics;

Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Project Director in construction / interior fit-out companies, managing at least 5 projects at the same time;

In-depth understanding of interior design and fit-out execution; familiarity with applicable construction and design standards;

Proficient in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Project) and design/project management software (AutoCAD, Acitt, etc.);

Strong leadership, analytical thinking, communication, and problem-solving skills;

High sense of responsibility, composure, honesty, and resilience under pressure;

Good English communication skills;

Willing to travel for work when necessary.
