- Develop and execute the OTT product strategy, roadmap ensuring an optimal user experience and integrating the latest technologies.
- Lead the SVOD business growth including digital sales of OTT app, retention, portfolio management and customer services.
- Manage advertising sales for both TV and digital, develop strategy, offers for advertisers, and maximize advertising revenue.
- Design and implement digital content marketing strategies to increase user engagement and content monetization in social media
- Collaborate with content, and communication teams to ensure consistency and effectiveness of digital initiatives.
- Analyze product and campaign performance, and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Stay updated on market trends and technological innovations in the OTT and digital space.
- Degree in commerce, marketing, communication, management, or a related field.
- Significant experience in a similar role, preferably in the media or entertainment sector.
- Strong project management and leadership skills.
- Excellent understanding of OTT technologies, SVOD business models, and digital advertising sales.
- Analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
