- One of the key people in project team leading E&A team in design, implementation and start-up phases of project Diana, having close alignment and collaboration with multiple stakeholders through the project life cycle.
- Support PEM in plan, coordinate, execute, and finalize projects according to strict deadlines and within Capex budget for the Diana project. This includes acquiring resources and coordinating the efforts of team members and third-party contractors or consultants to deliver projects according to plan.
- Deliver expertise to project in area of E&A/MES ensuring full compliances, health and safety, product safety and environment are never compromised.
1. E&A System Design:
- Support the Project Engineering Manager in defining the project scope, goals and deliverables that support business goals in the responsible area.
- Work with process user/TCU and design consultant to finalize the required system design (including URS, P&ID and TPM characteristics).
- Closely work with draftsman in developing the installation designs (BIM).
- Ensure system design fulfill process operation and automation requirement per Nestle standard.
2. Project Management:
- Create detailed project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation plans for E&A related.
- Identify potential issues and implement corrective actions as necessary.
- Execute on E&A installation and commissioning timely by making sure product and testing quality level
- Manage the day-to-day operations aspects of the project E&A works and support the equipment installation.
3. Lead and manage:
- Coordinate with external installation team to ensure a safe and smooth installation execution and resolve any conflict between owner-contractors and among contractors.
- Be the E&A lead to integrate, feedback, coach, develop, manage and evaluate the subordinates.
- Mobilize resources (internal & external); conduct training and coaching for trainees
4. Safety and Health:
- Implement site HSE protocols to ensure installation work is done is a safe manner and observe all company/governmental regulations.
- Promote development of environmental-friendly and sustainable solutions.
III. JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Experienced in an international project for entire project lifecycle.- Experienced in capital Investment projects management & factory operation
- Ability of methods determination to minimize the likelihood of injuries or damages to people and/or equipment
- Experience of people development and management (including coaching, training, recruitment and development)
- Solid knowledge of Electricity, Control and Automation, including MES
- Knowledge of coffee product and process technologies is a plus
- Good English communication
