Scope & Functions:

• Level1 Automation - PLC/ Technological controls/ HMI Software – Engineering, Programming, Testing and commissioning at site.
• Basic engineering – Preparation of IO list, I/O Engineering and related Automation drawings.
• Interface detailing for MCC’s, Drive’s, Measuring system, Level2 system and package units.
• Commissioning of Level 1 automation system based on PLC’s
• Post commissioning support and service support.

Competencies / work experience required:

• University Degree in Electrical/ Automation/ Electronics Engineering.
• 4 to 8 Years work experience
• Must have working knowledge on PLC programming using Ladder logic /Function block diagram/ Continuous flow charts (CFC) and Sequence. Simatic S7 / TIA preferred but other PLC languages are also ok
• Having working knowledge on HMI systems Like Siemens WinCC / Wonderware.
• Experience in metals process like Steel making/ Hot mills, Cold Rolling mills and processing lines is desirable.
• Programming knowledge of Technological Controllers like Siemens HiPAC/ Simatic TDC/ Siemens FM458/ ABB PEC system is desirable.
• Good communication skills in English
• Good analytical skills, analytical thinking
• To have good interpersonal skill and ability to work in an international work environment.
• Ready to work in Vietnam and abroad for site commissioning work.
