I. RESPONSIBILITIES:

EHS (Environment, Health, Safety)

Accountable for safe Engineering activities. Will promote, teach, and improve safety systems and procedures to employees and contractors such as LOTO, permits to work, contractor control, machine safety, Combustion standard (23th standard), safety audits etc.

CO2 reduction & sustainability follow Group strategy and requirement
-
Ensure equipment and personnel adhere to all Safety and Environmental requirements and standards.
2. WCM ( World Class Manufacturing) -
Leading WCM activities: PM Step 0, Reliability pillar, PM project, etools ( eTag – eEWO – eCheck…) 5S, Workplace layout, Energy, CMMS, CBM

Progressively improves the Professional Maintenance status of all equipment on a prioritized basis using WCM techniques and practices:
-
To develop and implement efficient system, tool, and processes to streamline maintenance and project engineering activities.
-
To leverage technology to optimize workflow, data management and reporting within the department.
3. Engineering -
Identifies and executes development for the Engineering team in both technical and soft skills. - Develop multi-year plans to improve Reliability to world class levels.

Progressively improves the Professional Maintenance status of all equipment on a prioritized basis using WCM techniques and practices.

Oversees timely completion of breakdown root cause analysis and countermeasure implementation (eEWO).
-
Support and spread the use of WCM tools within the department.
-
Maintain, use and train CMMS system
-
Works with maintenance lead personnel and the maintenance planner to ensure correct prioritization and timely completion of all work orders and sets out work on a weekly or day to day basis.

Works with planners and spare part supervisor to ensure spares holding is optimized and coherent with the Professional Maintenance equipment requirements

Plan, utilize and manage contractors.

Co-ordinate Engineering activities with other departments to minimize plant downtime and maximize safety.
-
Manage Capex projects & improvement projects.
-
Ensures the sustainability of completed improvements by the Engineering team.
II. REQUIREMENTS:
-
Bachelor of Technical Degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Industrial Engineering
-
5+ years of maintenance experience in an Industrial Environment including 2 years of direct supervision experience. Especially in heavy industry. - Manages multi department is refer

Experience with 5S, Reliability centered maintenance techniques and lean manufacturing

Demonstrated experience leading Engineering team in repairs and downtime reduction.

Demonstrated experience planning and leading major Capex projects and improvement projects

Experience managing large spare parts inventory and preventive maintenance programs.
-
Previous experience managing a large Engineering department with Supervisors, Engineers, and maintenance technicians.
-
Previous experience managing many outside contractors and projects.
