We are seeking a dedicated Enterprise Solution Architect to play a pivotal role in delivering transformative experiences. This position will oversee the delivery of multiple epics within a complex program, driving the transition from legacy systems to a modern micro-frontend architecture supported by microservices.
As a trusted advisor, you will influence business outcomes while ensuring alignment with company’s technology roadmap and strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with Product Owners, Project Managers, and Engineering teams to design end-to-end architectures that align with Technology Roadmap.

Conduct options analysis, providing recommendations that balance speed-to-value, cost, security, data requirements, and alignment with target state architecture—whether evaluating COTS products, microservices design, or cloud-native solutions.

Engage with Enterprise, Security, and Data Architects to ensure compliance with architectural standards, security policies, and data governance.

Drive technology decisions, navigating trade-offs between tactical solutions (e.g., interim platforms for regulatory compliance) and long-term strategic goals.
Skills & Experience
Essential:

10+ years in Technology, with 5+ years in Enterprise Solution Architecture - preferably in large, regulated organizations with legacy systems.

Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to stakeholders.

Proven ability to negotiate, influence, and shape business and technology strategy.

Experience delivering end-to-end solutions in complex environments with regulatory constraints.

Ability to balance business benefits with technology trade-offs (e.g., tactical vs. target-state solutions).
Highly Desirable:

Experience in Banking, Contact Centre, or Financial Services.
