Key Responsibilities: 

1. Production Activities:
  • Responsible to the Company Director for all activities of the factory (production, personnel, machinery, etc.).
  • Stay informed about legal documents related to the company's production and business activities.
  • Develop KPIs for management departments that align with the company's strategy and ensure the set goals are achieved.
  • Regularly report on production activities to the Board of Directors and propose new improvements.
  • Organize and provide guidance and specialized training to subordinates.
2. Research and Development (R&D) Activities:
  • Research and develop new products in a timely manner that align with the company's direction and market trends.
  • Proactively update technology and market trends through forums, conferences, exhibitions, etc.
  • Continuously focus on optimizing production processes and implementing innovative technologies.
3. Quality Assurance Activities:
  • Control and continuously update product standards, internal processes, and guidance documents to ensure compliance with TCVN ISO 9001:2015 standards.
  • Establish and ensure strict compliance with an EHS (Environment, Health, and Safety) system in accordance with government regulations.
4. Warranty Activities:
  • Continuously develop and improve warranty processes to meet market needs and available resources.
  • Collaborate with the sales department and customer care to propose timely service improvements.
  • Efficiently coordinate production and warranty resources.
5. Other tasks as assigned by the General Director.

What Distinguishes you:

1. Educational Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, business management, or related fields.
2. Work Experience:
  • At least 10 years of work experience, with a minimum of 5 years in production and operation management, and knowledge of ISO standards in the field of mining and stone production, with a preference for Granite stone for the domestic and export markets.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in managerial positions.
3. Skills:
  • Leadership skills: Planning, managing, directing, team building, problem-solving, and excellent presentation skills.
  • Understanding of quality management and Kaizen principles.
  • Proficiency in English is a plus.
