COMPANY BRIEF
  • Our client, a leading Vietnamese company specializing in manufacturing industrial materials with production facilities in the central region, is seeking a Finance & Accounting Manager to join their team at their Binh Dinh plant.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1.    Developing & Standardizing the Financial & Accounting System:
  • Establish, organize, and standardize the company’s financial and accounting system, including developing processes, policies, and regulations related to finance and accounting.
  • Organize and train the finance and accounting team to ensure efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and scientific management.
2.    Budget Planning:
  • Develop and manage the company’s budget.
  • Collaborate closely with department heads to prepare quarterly and annual budgets while ensuring effective cost control for business expenses.
3.    Cash Flow Management:
  • Monitor, manage, and control the company’s cash flow to prevent any disruptions.
  • Plan and implement effective strategies to optimize financial liquidity.
4.    Financial Reporting & Planning:
  • Prepare accurate and timely financial reports for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Plan capital management, forecast financial inflows/outflows, and implement suitable financial strategies.
  • Guide and review accountants in preparing management reports, financial statements, and monthly/quarterly/annual tax reports as required by leadership.
5.    Financial & Business Modeling:
  • Improve and maintain the company’s financial models.
  • Advise the CEO and leadership team on strategic decisions based on financial analysis and forecasting.
  • Lead business analysis and financial modeling efforts, providing key financial insights to support investment and fundraising activities.

JOB REQUIREMENT:
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, Auditing, or a related field.
  • At least 6 years of experience in Finance and Accounting, and at least 4 years as Finance Manager or Chief Accountant at manufacturing and industrial companies. 
  • Strong skills and experience in financial analysis with the ability to leverage technology and automation tools for financial analysis and management.
  • Must have a Chief Accountant Certificate.
  • Strong knowledge of tax regulations, financial policies, and relevant government-issued regulations
  • Skills in English language is a plus.
