Location: Hanoi
Responsibilities:
- Ensure all finance and accounting, tax work of the factory being managed properly in compliance with IFRS, VAS, and Vietnamese laws and regulations;
- Training and motivating staff members while supervising and delegating department tasks;
- Evaluating, developing, and improving internal controls, systems, and procedures that increase accuracy and efficiency;
- Manage the daily activities of the accounting department and ensure timely & accurate accounting reports for monthly, quarterly, and yearly closing, and/or any other ad-hoc reports required by Head Office, BODs, and authorities;
- Supervises the overall finance and accounting team and manages the team’s activities to ensure the finance and accounting works are properly allocated, controlled, and recorded, in a timely and accurate manner;
- Analyzing financial data and creating reports for Chief Accountant;
- Assisting, guiding as well as cooperating with other departments about related issues;
- Other related duties and tasks as requested.
- University graduate or above with a major in Accounting, Audit, Finance, etc. or related majors;
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the position of Accounting/ Finance/ Tax Manager (with the size of minimum 5 staff)
- Good understanding and knowledge of VAS and Tax law;
- Having experience in a big-sized company/group (from 1000 employees or more)
- Having experience with SAP system is an advantage;
- Languages: Fluent in English or Japanese (interview will be conducted 100% in English or Japanese)
