I. PRIMARY DUTIES:
• Oversee all aspects of accounting and financial management, ensuring accuracy, efficiency and compliance with company’s policies and local authorities’ regulations.
• Manage the preparation of financial statements, internal reports, and budgets, provide insights and analysis to support management decision-making.
• Handle account reconciliations and be in charge of reporting to the Finance Director.
• Develop financial and regulatory policies to ensure full local compliance in Vietnam.
• Handle all finance and tax related submission and deal with tax authorities regarding tax issues and tax complications.
• Be the direct contact point in working with external accounting firm.
• Supports all activities for the annual audit performed by external auditors.
• Work closely with the Regional Finance Team based in Hong Kong.

II. JOB REQUIREMENTS:
• Bachelor’s degree in finance and accounting or other relevant disciplines.
• Must have Chief Accountant Certificate, additional certificates (CPA, CMA, etc.) is a plus.
• More than 8 years of working experience with at least 3 years in the Chief Accountant role.
• Relevant hands-on experience in Finance, Accounting, Tax and Compliance.
• Strong knowledge in SAP.
• Excellent communication skills in both English and Vietnamese.
• Outstanding interpersonal skills with ability to communicate with stakeholders across different functions.
• Hands-on, hard-working, passionate, transparent and detail oriented.
• Sourcing industry experience/newly setup representative office is preferred.
• Additional foreign languages such as Chinese will be a plus
