this role is overseeing Vietnam's finance management. Partners with key stakeholders to achieve goals in net sales, costs, operating expenses, profits, and asset management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Planning & Budgeting: Lead strategic planning, budgeting, and forecasting for the brand(s).
- Performance Analysis: Optimize affiliate performance through analysis of productivity, COGS, and key metrics.
- Financial Consolidation: Ensure compliance and coordinate financial activities across regional and affiliate teams.
- Business Support: Assist in executing business plans, such as new brand launches and channel expansions.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and supply chain teams, focusing on demand planning and inventory analysis.
- Communication & Control: Maintain effective communication and facilitate planning processes with regional and affiliate management.
- Presentation & Scenarios: Prepare business presentations and scenarios as needed.
- Business Insight: Provide independent evaluations of financial forecasts and assess risks or opportunities.
- Statutory Compliance: Work with shared services and local accounting on statutory matters.
- Relationship Management: Manage relationships with accounting teams and regional finance.
