Company Brief:
  • Our Client, a furniture manufacturer, is looking for a standout candidate with strong experience in the manufacturing segment for the Finance Staff position at their Vietnam factory.
Responsibilities:
  • Review department P&L performance, monitoring budget vs. actual using SAP and PBI.
  • Process billing, reporting, and follow up with clients to ensure accurate recording and billing in SAP.
  • Manage workloads on SAP, smart query tools, and handle multinational clients.
  • Manage daily activities and P&L for Client Portfolios and assigned departments.
  • Control balance of supplier receivables/payables, aging, and pending billing items.
  • Ensure Advertising & Promotion (A&P) expenses align with agreements, guidelines, and are accurately reported and reconciled with suppliers monthly.
  • Communicate with internal/external teams to resolve operational issues and follow up with stakeholders.
  • Analyze actual margin by suppliers against contractual margin and develop action plans.
  • Collaborate with business line managers on cost allocation and analysis to reflect BU performance.
  • Report management: Monitor monthly P&L by suppliers, prepare and analyze reports, and follow Group’s monthly closing procedures.
  • Prepare tax invoice reports.
Skills & Knowledge Required:
  • Bachelor’s degree in finance/accounting or CPA/ACCA certification preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years of financial management experience, preferably in manufacturing.
  • Proficiency in Chinese is essential; English skills are a plus.
  • Strong understanding of financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in financial modeling and analysis tools (e.g., Excel).
  • Experience with accounting software and SAP systems.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well in cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to excel in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
