Functional Consultant (Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE)

Role Overview

This role involves leading or supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE implementations, collaborating with clients to understand business processes, configuring solutions, managing testing, training, and providing go-live and post-live support. Reports directly to project or senior management.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead or support project tasks, set priorities, and manage small project teams when required.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business process requirements and future expectations.

• Advise clients on best practices and solution capabilities within Dynamics 365 CE.

• Coordinate with technical teams for system design, testing, and issue resolution.

• Configure solutions and conduct functional testing per confirmed designs.

• Deliver key user and end-user training, manage UAT, and secure signoffs.

• Provide go-live and month-end closing support for assigned areas.

• Maintain project documentation and contribute to internal knowledge-sharing initiatives.

Core Competencies

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Information Systems, Finance, SCM, or a related field.
  3–5 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE.

• Participated in at least 3–5 full-cycle implementations.

• ERP experience in Financials or SCM modules is a plus.

• English proficiency for working environment.

• Dynamics 365 CE certification is an advantage.

• Strong presentation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
