3. Plan public relations activities, exhibitions and forums, actively contribute to local society and community, demonstrate corporate social responsibility, and build a good corporate image.
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS
Strong knowledge of Vietnam’s regulatory landscape on digital platforms, data privacy, cybersecurity, and online content governance.
- Experience engaging with and handling government relations on tech issues.
- Excellent communicator with a track record of managing highstakes government meetings and sensitive issues.
- Skilled in building crosssector coalitions, developing policy narratives, and mitigating regulatory and reputational risks.
- Track record supporting business continuity amid evolving legal environments in tech and digital economy.
- Bachelor's degree up above. Prefer: Major in public relations, public policy, news communication, marketing, crosscultural communication, communications, computer, mathematics, AI, etc.
- Proficient in English or Chinese (bilingual will be an advantage)
