Position Overview:
The Group Brand Communications Director will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive branding and communication strategies to enhance the reputation and visibility of the Group and its subsidiaries. This role involves overseeing brand positioning, public relations, media engagement, and corporate communications to ensure a consistent and impactful brand presence across multiple industries, including real estate.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement branding, marketing, and communication strategies aligned with the Group’s vision and business objectives.
- Strengthen brand identity and ensure consistency across all subsidiaries and business units.
- Manage corporate communications, public relations, and media engagement to enhance the Group’s reputation.
- Establish and maintain relationships with key media outlets, industry partners, and stakeholders.
- Oversee market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities for brand positioning.
- Lead crisis communication efforts and reputation management initiatives.
- Collaborate with internal teams and business leaders to align communication strategies with business goals.
- Supervise content creation, digital marketing, and promotional campaigns to support brand awareness.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of communication strategies and adjust as needed.
Requirements:
- Experience:
- At least 15 years of experience in branding, communications, or marketing.
- Minimum 2 years in a similar role within a multi-industry Group/Holding company, including the real estate sector.
- Experience in journalism or broadcasting is a plus.
