Overview:
Company is seeking an experienced and dynamic Deputy General Director to lead and oversee the company’s operational strategies and activities. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in driving operational efficiency, process improvements, and supporting business growth through effective management of resources and teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency, productivity, and performance across various departments.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to set strategic goals and operational plans to achieve company objectives.
  • Oversee the financial aspects of operations, ensuring proper budgeting, cost control, and financial performance analysis in line with business objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with legal regulations and industry standards related to investment and business operations.
  • Develop and implement effective human resource management strategies, including talent acquisition, retention, training, and development to build a high-performing team.
  • Provide leadership in process optimization, risk management, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Monitor operational performance and report on key metrics, adjusting strategies as necessary to meet company goals.
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and fostering a positive corporate culture.
  • Leverage extensive experience in finance, accounting, human resource management, investment, and project management to drive organizational success.
  • Lead and coordinate large-scale business operations across multiple functions to ensure alignment with overall corporate strategy.
  • Oversee and manage major investment projects, ensuring efficient execution and alignment with corporate financial and strategic objectives.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Economics, Finance, Accounting, Auditing, or other relevant fields.
  • Preference will be given to candidates with an MBA.
  • Over 15 years of experience in finance, accounting, human resource management, investment, project management, or related fields at multinational corporations or companies with over 1,000 employees.
  • At least 10 years of experience in senior leadership or executive roles.
  • Strong strategic thinking and the ability to develop and implement long-term plans.
  • Excellent public speaking, presentation, negotiation, and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and influence stakeholders.
  • Skilled in forecasting, risk management, and leading change management initiatives.
  • Exceptional analytical, observation, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to resolve conflicts and disputes.
  • Proficient in setting goals, organizing, leading, and developing employees to ensure team success and growth.
