​We are looking for detail-oriented individual with a strategic approach to logistics management, aiming to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Oversee daily operations of operation tasks.

- Ensure compliance with company SOPs and industry regulations.

- Coordinate effectively between clients, customs, and transportation.

- Manage documentation for import/export processes.

- Monitor and optimize shipping schedules and routes.

- Liaise with internal teams to Ensure smooth operation flow.

- Address and resolve operational challenges promptly.

- Implement cost-saving measures and improve efficiency.

- Working location: Pham Van Bach Street, Cau Giay District, Hanoi

Requirement:

- Proven experience in freight forwarding or logistics (Preferred but not mandatory).

- Excellent organizational and communication skills.

- Ability to work under pressure and solve problems independently.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

- Ability to work during Saturday (2 days/month)
