- Ensure the smooth management of all financial reporting; monthly controlling closing, monthly internal reporting (CIS/CPA) analysis, variance analysis, other analysis and reporting required by local/ cluster/ regional/ global management
- Prepare and manage forecasts and business plans
- Manage accounting and finance function including operations, audit, cashflow, tax to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
- Facilitate timely completion of local statutory accounts and audits, ensure timely filing of regulatory reporting
- Ensure an adequate and effective internal control systems are in place to properly safeguard company assets
- Manage tax topics including Corporate Tax, Transfer Pricing, VAT
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and timely filing of tax forms
- Prepare corporate tax and deferred tax calculation on yearly basis and tax workbook reporting
- Involve in Finance and controlling projects
- Lead and manage personnel development of the team
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Accounting/Business
- 10 years’ experience in Finance/Accounting, including FP&A
- 5 years’ experience in managing accounting team
- Working knowledge of tax preferably
- Proficiency in English is essential
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Powerpoint)
- Strong knowledge in VAS & IFRS
- Strong problem-solving analytical skills
- Strong attention to detail, demonstrated integrity and professionalism, able to handle tight deadlines
- Good communication skills
- Preferably SAP experience
