Head of Digital Channels
Location: Hanoi

*Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for overall build of digital channel (mobile and selectively additional features
  • in web) - executing UI/UX into reality across RB and EB SME
  • Responsible for architecture and documenting technical solutions of digital channels (Mobile
  • Banking and Internet Banking) for RB and EB SME and recommend industry best practices.
  • Define product KPI's. Monitor, analyze and communicate performance of feature releases.
  • Build dashboard to track KPI's and share with stakeholders on an on-going basis.
  • Define the scope, priorities and key deliverables for all projects on digital channels. This include establishing the digital channel roadmaps, identifying key milestones, critical path and dependencies, managing timeline and budget estimates, and preparing the business case.
  • Project manage all initiatives that are directly related to digital channels, such as platform features, functions, UI and UX and ensure that deliverables are provided on-time and on quality.
  • This includes various vendor and SI firm management, including outsourced resources.
  • On an on-going basis, identify, track and resolve risks & issues that may arise, proactively
  • propose mitigating actions
  • Manage Agile Scrum teams to implement the build of a best-in-class digital experience.
  • Enhance coding standards, development guidelines and delivery practices for efficiency.
  • Maintain domain architecture and road maps and its alignment with technology road map
*Requirements:
  • Understanding of technology project management/implementation, APIs, transaction process flows
  • Understanding on product life cycle, product management, and UI/UX
  • Familiar with project management tools like Jira, Trello
  • Experience and desire to work in an Agile process (pair programming, daily stand-ups, etc.)
  • Minimum 15 years of relevant work experience in managing digital products/channels in banking digital channel or digital challenger banks/fintech; minimum PO level experiences across multiple digital banking products; ideally tride lead level experiences
  • 5 to 7 years Management, Product development, Release Management experience
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines and thrive in a multi-project environment, while ensuring production systems are up and performing well
  • Experience in agile development processes
