Head of Economic Sector
Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage sector insight và identify business opportunity (including client’s value chain/ecosystem).
- Business planning and management: Develop and direct the business plan/budget for target segment, productand solution/channel
- Develop segment/sector strategy, value chain strategy and business model
- Develop CVP (including value chain/ ecosystem/ client)
- Develop value chain operating model (across CIBG, RBG and product divisions…)
- Sector strategy execution, monitoring and control
- Provide requirement for solution development (client/sector/value chain/ecosystem)
- Provide requirements on product design/product package for each segment/sub-segment/customer. Leadmulti-function teams to design and build solutions, solution - packages for specific segments/sub-segments/customers to enhance customer experience E2E journey including the digitization of customerjourneys.
- Manage go-to-market strategy: build sale promotion programme
- Manage performance of sector/value chain/ecosystem. Responsible for PnL of Sector/ Value Chain
- Oversee human resources planning and execution (headcount và costs) of their function
- Attract, onboard and retain the right talents for a high- performing team
- Establish and communicate function and individual KRAs/ KPIs, goals, action plan, expectations and results toreporting line
- Manage function performance và provide feedback regularly (following the annual performance managementcycle);
- Define team’s capability requirements and enable team member’s professional and personal developmentthrough capability assessment, training, coaching và feedback, mentoring, etc.
- Motivate and recognize team members’ contributions towards the team’s shared goals
- Identify and monitor personal, professional development and career advancement of talents in the function
- Act as a role model and promote corporate culture at function level
- Understand and communicate relevant HR offerings to team members.
Requirements:
- Have at least 15+ years of working experience in finance - banking or in the economic sectors and 10+ yearsat management level
- English: Fluent in TOEIC 700 or higher or equivalent.
Qualifications
- University graduate majoring in banking, finance, or in the economic sector.
