• Make business plan and implementing the target to achieve the assigned target; • Responsible for developing all broker teams, training and monitoring expertise, quality of service delivery of the environment
• Support Brokers to develop and take care of customers, handle conflicts in service provision with customers;
• Check risks related to environmental operations of the department;
• Market research and construction Sales development;
• Survey market channels, making requests for new products and services;
• Proactively proposing policies to the business development team;
• Periodical performance reports in the period that states the solution appears progress improvement.

• Experience: From 10 years of practical experience in the securities industry. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in a similar position.
