Head of TOFC
Responsibilities:
1. Work with CRO to build TOFC risk strategy for the Bank based on Bank’s overall strategy, discuss withBusiness units, and strategic partners, consulting firms
2. Work with CRO to build frameworks, policies, processes, regulations and instructions on TOFC risk management which is approximated to practices in the market and in the world
3. Manage resources (develop staffing plan, coordinate personnel, train, develop successors, build employee’s
development plan, build assignment, record and employee’s performance assessment mechanism….), ensuremaintain adequate and quality resource
4. Build budget plan in line with activities plan, manage operation budget under approval
5. Build and execute Division’s action plan according to Bank’s orientation
6. Direct to build policies, regulations, process, guidance on Business units’ profession
Requirements:
- Having a university or higher degree in economic (finance, banking, foreign trade, auditing, accounting, law).
- Higher education in relevant economic disciplines is preferable
Experience
- Have at least 14 years of banking experience including at least 7 years in banking operations and at least 7years of managerial experience in an equivalent position
Knowledge:
- Master the principles of operational risk management and control, FCR Technology literacy, Governance andRegulatory Compliance
- Have general, in-depth knowledge and experience in all areas of banking operations
- English proficiency: Level 4, minimum 700 TOEIC or equivalent
