• Experience or have basic knowledge in production company
• Understand about labor code, trade union, …
• Can set up and control KPI, bonus structure, … to motivate employee
• Building company internal policies
• Ability in Communication with State officers
• A bit understand requirements of ISO, HACCAP, …
• Ability to present front of crowd
• Ability to convince people
• Can control and manage general admin cost such as car experience, stationery, tel, EMS
• Confident, honest, quick adapt, eager to learn and self-improve
