HR Manager
Location: Ha Noi
Responsibilities:
➢ Recruitment
- Work with HODs to make manpower plan and JD system based on the approval organization structure designed to support company’s business objectives.
- Build up recruitment plan for further recruitment activities.
- Manage the recruitment and selection process to ensure hiring the right person at the right time.
➢ Compensation & Benefit
- Responsible for annual HR & GA budgeting & manage the actual cost under approved budget.
- Control all C&B activities to make sure the smooth & accuracy of monthly payroll, PIT reports, PIT finalization, Compulsory insurance (SHUI), etc.
- Benchmark the total rewards with the market to build up the attractive total reward program to retain talents for the company.
- Make all HR reports such as headcount report, turn-over rate, time attendance report, leave management, OT, total labor cost report, etc.
- Manage the contract evaluation process and implement employees’ contract management.
- Manage performance management process for the company. Periodically provide training for employees in the goal setting stage, mid-year review and year-end review to make sure the fairness and effectiveness.
➢ Learning & Development
- Cooperate with HOD to build up the training list & the annual training plan. Make training budget & implement training activities.
- Build up training materials for orientation program for newcomer and other HR related training programs.
➢ Employee relations
- Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievance and other issues.
- Organize internal events such as monthly staff birthday, workshop, company’s trip, team building activities, Town Hall meeting, year-end party, etc.
- Manage all admin jobs to support expats and short-term assignees such as visa/residence card and work permit application, air ticket and hotel booking, housing arrangement, etc.
➢ Legal management and others
- Work closely with the law firm to implement all legal issues of the company such as apply/update company’s licenses (ERC, IRC, new office’s license), add business lines, register trade mark of new product/service of the company, closing the RO’s offices, etc.
- Work with the Head Quarter for annual budget plan and implementation, remuneration packages for the General Director and long-term assignees, and other monthly/quarterly reports.
- Review & build up HR policies & procedure.
Requirements:
- From 5 years of experience as HR Manager/ HR Generalist in multinational company.
- Have profound knowledge in all Human Resource functions. Can handle full scopes of
C&B (payroll, compulsory insurance, PIT) for both Vietnamese and expats. Having
experience in recruiting IT/Finance industry is a plus.
- Knowledgeable in Vietnam Labor law to ensure the compliant HR operation.
- Be agile and experienced in driving change.
- Be a strong team player, detail oriented, proactive, self-driven and result oriented.
- Have good communication skills, and perform well under pressure.
- Be curious and have a desire to constantly learn.
- Organized, prioritized, efficient communication & reporting skill, willing to learn
- Professional with customer-oriented mindset
- Language requirements: English and Vietnamese: Full professional proficiency. Having Korean is a plus.
