RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Organize and manage consultant relationship management activities including new consultant development; develop current relationship at executive and decision-making levels via various client engagement activities
- Lead consulting support activities for projects through Consultants such as spec in, design support, in house training, seminars to Promote of company products and applications. Follow-up post spec-in together with Project Sales delivery team to ensure sales cycle is captured and followed through by company sales teams
- Provide technical advice for internal sales departments, most importantly Project Sales team and Developer team, for important decision making relating to projects and owner’s engagement
- Organize and develop consulting sales team with a consideration for balance between technical expertise and sales engagement activities
- Continuously update with company’s and competitor’s latest specs and provide feedbacks/requests for Vietnam markets to ensure company products are always at a technical and commercial advantage
- Closely liaise with other departments such as Project Sales, Developer Team and Technical support team to work effectively and win projects
REQUIREMENT:
- At least 8 years of relevant experience in Project consulting with HVAC background
- Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills with at least 5 years of managerial experience. Prior experience in M&E consulting companies or HVAC companies is a must.
- Solid knowledge of the products, experience on design of air conditioning system and heat load calculation
