Manpower’s client is a globally recognized manufacturing company specializing in the electronics and electrical manufacturing sectors.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Manage import/export activities, including document preparation, customs clearance, and transportation arrangements.
- Coordinate with freight forwarders and relevant parties for importing equipment from China for expansion projects.
- Reconcile materials and supplies, and prepare reports in formats 15, 15a, and 16.
- Monitor logistics costs, track accounts payable, and negotiate freight rates as assigned.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by management.
REQUIREMENTS
- Detail-oriented, well-organized, with strong data analysis skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Operations, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Experience in export-oriented manufacturing companies; proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Excel.
- Good English reading and writing skills, with the ability to communicate effectively.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
Working Hours
- Standard office hours.
- Required to work two Saturdays per month.
