We are looking for an experienced Inbound Marketing Manager to lead our organic growth initiatives. In this pivotal role, you’ll be responsible for overseeing all aspects of SEO, including keyword research, link strategies, and site architecture.

•    Develop and implement comprehensive inbound marketing strategies and campaigns.
•    Create, curate, and manage content across various channels, including blog posts, social media, and email marketing.
•    Analyze and assess the effectiveness of marketing efforts, making data-driven adjustments as needed.
•    Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing and sales efforts for optimal results.
•    Coordinate with other departments, such as design and product, to create cohesive and impactful marketing campaigns.
•    Stay updated on industry trends and emerging marketing technologies.
•    Build and nurture relationships with influencers and partners.
•    Perform keyword research and optimize content for search engines.
•    Monitor website traffic and user behavior to identify areas for improvement.
•    Measure and report on the success of marketing campaigns using metrics like website traffic, leads, and conversions.
•    Develop and manage marketing budgets and forecasts.
•    Provide training and support to team members on inbound marketing best practices and tools.

Requirements and skills

•    Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a relevant field.
•    3-5 years of proven experience in inbound marketing or a related field.
•    Proficiency in marketing automation and CRM software.
•    Exceptional writing and editing skills, with the ability to create compelling content for diverse channels.
•    Familiarity with SEO principles and keyword research.
•    Knowledge of website analytics tools and data analysis.
•    Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
•    Effective time management and multitasking skills.
•    Problem-solving and decision-making aptitude.
•    Adaptability to evolving trends and changes in the marketing landscape.
