Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the interior design process from concept development to project completion, ensuring design consistency and alignment with the company’s vision.

• Work closely with project teams, architects, and consultants to deliver high-quality interior designs.

• Review and approve interior design proposals, materials, and technical drawings.

• Manage relationships with external design consultants, contractors, and suppliers.

• Ensure compliance with regulations, safety standards, and sustainability practices in interior design.

• Monitor project progress, budgets, and timelines, addressing any design-related issues.

• Stay updated with industry trends, materials, and innovative interior design solutions.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in the same position at a real estate developer.

• Strong knowledge of luxury, high-end, and commercial interior design trends.

• Experience managing design consultants and contractors.

• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.

• Excellent project management, communication, and leadership skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
