About the Role:
We are looking for the Real Estate Investment Finance Manager position to undertake analysing the new investment projects, managing of existing investments.
Investment department reporting line: Staff – Manager – Director

Responsibilities:

• Analyse data: evaluate the finance of the new investment projects (finance statement, business plan, finance data, investment scheme, feasibility studies)
• Finance/Tax Due diligence, negotiate the contracts with the partners
• Manage the business plan, cash flow, budget, financial statement of operating projects
• Manage the project company procedures, administrative works
• Coordinate the site-visit, translate, make presentation documents, reports
• Other responsibilities as assigned

Requirements:

• Graduated bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or business
• English: business level. Japanese: Prefer
• Above 3 years’ experience with financial service firm, real estate developer finance works.
• Experience with investment finance due diligence, finance models, feasibility studies.
• Effective writing, presentation, and communication skills
• Comprehensive understanding of Microsoft Excel, Power Point and other computer software.
• Excellent attention to detail
